Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview
We want you to love your Nicheprints LLC pieces. If something isn’t right, this Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can return items ordered from our online store. This policy applies to retail orders placed through our website only.
2. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odour, stains, or missing tags may not be accepted.
3. Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Worn or washed jerseys or outfits.
- Custom or personalised items (including player names, numbers, or special prints).
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before sending it back.
4. Returns process
To start a return:
- Email us at info@nicheprintsllc.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason.
- We will confirm whether your items are eligible and provide return instructions and the return address.
- Pack your items securely, including your order number inside the parcel.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of postage.
5. Return shipping costs
- If you are returning an item because of a defect, misprint or an error on our side, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (subject to our approval).
- For all other returns (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non‑refundable unless required by law.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and whether it has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your return is not approved, we may contact you to discuss options (e.g. reshipping the item back to you at your cost).
7. Exchanges and store credit
At this time, we “do not offer direct exchange
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit for future purchases, depending on your preference and our policy at the time of your request.
8. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
We may ask you to return the faulty item or, in some cases, dispose of it safely.
9. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary.
